English Bulldogs have sensitive skin and bathing them too frequently can strip their skin of essential oils, leading to dryness and irritation. Typically, bathing your English Bulldog once every 2-3 months is sufficient. However, you can spot clean them with a damp cloth in between baths if necessary.
Yes, exercise is crucial for English Bulldogs to maintain a healthy weight and overall well-being. However, due to their brachycephalic (short-nosed) breed, they are prone to overheating and respiratory issues. Therefore, it’s essential to provide them with moderate exercise in cool, shaded areas, avoiding strenuous activities, especially in hot weather.
